Where an account is closed due to the Player's breach of these Terms, any Balance remaining — including Real Money Funds and Bonus Funds — may be forfeited in full. Where an account is closed for reasons unrelated to Player fault, any verified Real Money Funds balance will be returned to the Player via the most recent payment method used, subject to standard processing times and applicable withdrawal conditions.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit seni108's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.
